KFIT offers a variety of Pole classes such as; Intro to pole, Pole conditioning, Heelz, Pole Dancing, Level 1 & more! 
 
The weight limit it 330lbs. Pole offers incredible benefits for the mind & body! Feel sexy while having a blast torching calories and reshaping your body using the resistance of your body weight, core & entire body.
 
What to wear: Shorts, sports bra, or tank top. Your skin grips the pole.

Intro to Pole - Pole Virgins

This is the start of your pole journey. After the warm-up, you will learn basic spins, sexy dance transitions, and floor work. By the end of class, you will have learned an entire routine! Learn at your own pace and take this class as often as you like. 

Floorwork

Release your inner sexy! Floor work is so fun & an amazing workout!

 
This class is suitable for all levels,  the instructor will guide you through introductory-intermediate forms of floor-work dance with or without heels! It is simply performing pole dance movements on the floor, with or without the assistance of a pole. Flexibility training, dance, and core are the main concepts of floor work.
 
This aspect of dance gives a totally different dimension to pole dancing. Floor work (low level) is among the three principal levels in dance, alongside upright ( middle level) and aerial ( high level).
 
Excellent for learning how to pole dance!
 

What to wear: shorts/leggings, tank top and/or sports bra.

Pole/Aerial Conditioning

Improve pole & aerial skills by conditioning and training the muscle groups associated with pole and aerialists, core, full body workouts in a bootcamp workout. This class is geared towards strengthening the muscles needed to get upside down both on an apparatus and on the floor.

 
 We focus on upper body and core strength through a warm-up, exercises on the pole and aerial hammocks, targeting core and all muscle groups.
 

What to wear: shorts, tank top, sports bra. Do not wear much lotion or oil.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is a type of airborne fitness that is practiced in a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to support your body weight, instead of stretched out across a mat laying on the floor. Classes typically involve yoga, Pilates, dance, and more aerial fitness or aerial hammock over aerial yoga.

Barre

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.
Using the core. body weight and tools like resistance bands, sliders, ankle weights, free weights, exercise balls, and more.

Kate Kamp
